1. Is the information in the report reliable?
The source of origin of the information was from Companies Commission of Malaysia (CCM), a statutory body which regulates companies and businesses in Malaysia.
2. Is this a book? How many pages?
Each Category / Industry’s business information is compiled in a report booklet of about 35-40 pages.
Besides the report booklet, a complimentary CD-R containing all the 50 selected companies' original Corporate Information and 2 years Key Financial Information (The summary of Balance Sheet and Income Statement Item) will be furnished as reference.
3. Is the report containing the latest Sales and Profit of the selected TOP companies / brands of the various industries?
All the information compiled in the report were the most latest available from CCM, depends on if the selected companies submitted their latest financial reports to CCM as regulated.
4. Ranked by Annual Sales & Average Monthly Sales
Report arranged according to the first latest financial year's annual sales turnover data available from CCM, The ranking is arranged according to the highest of the annual sales turnover, which may not be from the same financial year amongst the companies. The estimate Average Monthly Sales of the first latest financial year is arranged accordingly.
5. Ranked by Profit After Tax (PAT)
Report arranged according to the latest financial year's PAT available from CCM, which may not be from the same financial year.
6. Ranked by Net Profit Margin (NPM)
Report arranged by the latest financial year’s PAT over annual sales, the highest the ratio indicated that the company better performance and efficiency in running the business.
7. Ranked by Company Name Alphabetical Order
Report arranged by the selected TOP 50 companies’ name in alphabetical order.
8. Ranked by Brand Alphabetical Order
Report arranged according to the selected companies’ prominent brands, it could be one or few of the brands hold by the company, which may or may not be the key brands of the company. Please bear in mind that the brand holder ship may change from time to time, therefore it may or may not represent the current brand holder name.
9. Is the related industry’s business contact information included in the report?
Yes, a complimentary CD-R contained the selected Top 50 companies’ corporate information (included the Company Name, Company Registration No., Last Old Company Name, Registered Address, Business Address, Nature of Business, etc.),and the 2 years key financial information (included the Balance Sheet Items and Income Statement Items) will be furnished as reference.
10. Why some companies only have 1 year data?
You may find some of the companies showed only 1 year’s data, this is due to the following reasons:
This is a newly registered company, only 1 financial year report with CCM. For your information, newly registered company is allowed to close their 1st financial year account within 18 months, and permitted to submit the audited financial account within 6 months after the financial year end to CCM. In other word,these are companies which has operated less than 24 months (18+6 months)
There is only 1 year financial report available for the particular company.
11. Why some companies’ data are not updated?
You may find some companies’ data were older than year 2004, this may due to this particular company has delayed in submitting their financial report.
12. What is the publication frequency?
Each Category / Industry of the report will be updated on regular basis and the report will be published on a yearly basis.
13. How is the Malaysia purchase procedure & payment method?
For Malaysia local purchase, you may opt to make your payment via Cash, Cheque or Bank Draft (payable to Businesslogy Sdn Bhd) or you may call up for payment collection service (Klang Valley area only), however for prompt processing, please bank in the payment to our bank account (Bank & Account No.: RHB 2-14174-0002015-0, Account Name : Businesslogy Sdn Bhd) and follow up by faxing in the bank-in slip together with the Purchase Order Form.
14. Delivery method and how long did the delivery process takes?
For purchases made in Malaysia,the report will be delivered via the following delivery mode once the payment is cleared.
